## Who We Are

Snow Tree LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Dexipedia app and services.

## Key Terms

- Acceptance
    - By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy](https://www.dexipedia.com/en/privacy/).
- Account Security
    - We use secure OIDC authentication. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
- Your License
    - Personal, non-transferable license to use Dexipedia as intended.
- Your Content
    - You retain ownership. We get a license to host and display your collection data.

## Acceptable Use Policy

You must NOT:

- Break the law or violate others' rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or probe our systems
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Upload malware or content you don't have rights to

## Pricing & Payments

### One-Time Purchase

Dexipedia is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.

- Pay once, use forever
- Prices and taxes as shown in App Store
- Refunds handled per Apple's policies

## Important Legal Points

- Intellectual Property
    - Our app, logo, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
- Service Changes
    - We may update features or discontinue services. We'll try to notify you of major changes when reasonable.
- Disclaimers
    - Service provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid in the last 12 months.
- Termination
    - You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend access for violations or security reasons.

## Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes:

- We'll post the updated terms
- The effective date will be updated
- Continued use means you accept the changes
